In the meantime, here’s some information about our confirmed speakers:
- Dr Bashabi Fraser, Napier University. Dr Fraser specialises in postcolonial literature and theory with a particular interest in diasporic themes.
- Prof Teresa Zackodnik, University of Alberta. Prof Zackodnick studies many aspects of American Literature including African American literature, Asian American fiction and black feminisms.
- Prof John Menaghan, Loyola Marymount University. Prof Menaghan is a prize-winning poet and playwright who teaches literature and creative writing. He will be giving a reading of his poetry at the conference.
